Five Goals


Nutrition


  1. Consume more protein (Particularly meats)
  2. Eat salads more regularly (At least two per week if not more)
  3. Eat fruit more consistently (at least one per day)
  4. Drink more milk
  5. Start looking at the Nutrition Facts and figuring out what I'm already taking in.
Fitness

  1. Up to 10,000 steps
  2. Develop a regular routine and establish a presence at the fitness center
  3. Start Weightlifting
  4. 50 Pushups each time
  5. Participate in an intramural sports
Spiritual
  1. Resist the urge to sink into Apathy
  2. Reestablish contact with people who have drifted away
  3. Be more affirmative of myself
  4. Go and attend chapel services more
  5. Find the time to create
