Five Goals
Nutrition
- Consume more protein (Particularly meats)
- Eat salads more regularly (At least two per week if not more)
- Eat fruit more consistently (at least one per day)
- Drink more milk
- Start looking at the Nutrition Facts and figuring out what I'm already taking in.
Fitness
- Up to 10,000 steps
- Develop a regular routine and establish a presence at the fitness center
- Start Weightlifting
- 50 Pushups each time
- Participate in an intramural sports
Spiritual
- Resist the urge to sink into Apathy
- Reestablish contact with people who have drifted away
- Be more affirmative of myself
- Go and attend chapel services more
- Find the time to create
