Getting Back on Track

As probably expected, I strayed during my routine a bit during spring break. I didn't really go anywhere until the last weekend (where I got a ton of steps in)- I certainly didn't exercise. I didn't watch what I ate. Mentally, I was good but I was weighed down by the impending stress that came with reconfiguring my schedule. Thankfully I was able to fall back into my usual routine quickly enough.

Body
Nutrition: I lived mostly off of carbs during Spring Break. Getting back on track in that area meant returning to three meals a day with a Protein every time. Hein is a most important resource. I also noticed I've been eating a lot of Chicken lately- Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Jambalaya, Chicken Thigh, Chicken Parmesan- I'm not complaining I've just noticed. I also probably need to cut down on carbs more- every time I get so much as a fry my carb intake goes up to like 40%.

Fitness: Gym twice every week again! Though like most things it'll have to be rearranged in wake of TheatreXpress. Luckily, I caught my friends Kristin and Rachel and we made plans to work out together every Thursday at 7:30 and then hang out afterwards. Now I'm Committed.

Mind
My mind is a little more cluttered in light of coming events (Five Plays for Xpress! Hahahaha...) but I think I'm managing well. I got a Planner and a ridiculous amount of pens stickers and highlighters for Christmas and I finally busted it out so I can make a coherent schedule of everything I need to do. I even blocked out moments of respite for myself.

Spirit
I'm gonna have to skip Chapel on Wednesday if I want any food at all between Breakfast and Dinner, but I have returned to attending service! I also feel a little bit more connected to the rest of the ensemble now that I'm acting alongside more of them. I'm meeting up with my friends more-It's just been a good week for me socially.
