Artist Date: Sacred Place Part 2

I found this cute little garden behind Krost, and since it's such a nice day out, I chose this as my sacred place. The picture doesn't really reflect how pretty this place is when you're actually sitting there There are all these wild flowers and tall grasses and butterflies and bees will just flutter through everyone in awhile- I think I even heard a frog once!
And what makes it really cool, I think, is how isolated it is. It's this patch of wilderness right next to a parking lot and manicured green with the street just ways away so that you can hear the cars pass and fell every burst of wind. It's a little place out of time and the quiet and the calm made it a wonderful place to meditate and just ground yourself.
