Food Log: FirstLine Therapy- Seven Meal Plan

Maintaining two days of seven meals and recommended, anti-inflammatory food was not as difficult as I initially thought, though it still felt vastly different from everyday life for whatever reason. I'm actually used to eating seven times a day- Or at least, three large meals spaced between snacks- so that wasn't the problem. What was hard was keeping track of what I ate, and trying to break it down into measurements.
There's also the matter of what I was eating.  Normally I just eat whatever appeals to me-usually the same few things- without regard for what it is. A lot of it was carbs (which were hard to avoid even with this plan, apparently), and just generally not enough protein. Typically, once I started this project it was hard to tear myself away from the less healthier snacks and focus on what I needed rather than what I craved. Fortunately, I think I managed pretty well, and even tried a couple new things.
I'm can't say for sure if I was more energized or less energized during these two days, mostly because I slept about three hours less than I should have because of school work, so I was tired anyway. For some reason though, I felt hungrier more often and more intensely in these past two days than I can ever recall being. Whether or not that's my body's natural response to something, I'm not knowledgeable enough to say.
