I really like Mac & Cheese. Maybe I should not?
I also need to be better at spacing out my fruits. Luckily, you have apples and grapes now Kelsey, remember that. I also just...need more protein. And to try different kinds of meat, in general.
Overall I think my problem is that I value accessibility over sustainability. If it's something that tastes good and is easy for me to grab in between classes I'm more likely to choose it than something that might be better for me. I think I always consciously knew that but didn't really comprehend it until it was staring at me in face,
